There is an additional annual $25 non-refundable registration fee.

Please note: These are current rates only. Rates are not guaranteed for any specific period.

OTHER FEES:

All students must remit a yearly registration fee of $25.00. There is a $35.00 fee assessed for any returned check, and $5.00 late payment fee assessed as described later in the policy. Assigned lesson books and materials are purchased separately; they are not included in your lesson payments. Any enrolled student may sign up in our recitals or attend special classes. There is one annual Grand Recital, which takes place in May of each year, and smaller showcases throughout the year. There is a participation fee is $25.00 per student (this includes 2 tickets for the recital). Additional tickets are available at a cost of $15.00 each.

PRIVATE CLASS TUITION POLICY:

Payments are always due one week or more in advance of the lessons they cover. You are not billed for days the studio is closed or a class is cancelled by instructor. An installment is considered late if it is paid a day or more after the student’s last paid lesson, in which case is a $5.00 late fee will be added to the student’s balance. INNA’S HALL OF FAME PERFORMING ARTS CENTER accepts checks, cash, and credit cards. It is your responsibility to refer to your calendar for installment due dates.

No unpaid lessons will be given. If a student arrives for a lesson that has not been paid for, he/she will sit out. To guarantee your spot in our schedule, installments MUST be paid on time. If a student is a no-show to his/her lesson and has an overdue installment, that student will be removed from our schedule and will need to re-enroll if he/she wishes to continue, possibly in a new spot. Any payments made after the due date will have a $5.00 late fee assessed.

Students receive make-up lessons for prior cancellations (cancellations a day or more in advance), or for weather cancellations (only due to official weather “warnings” not due to weather “watches”).

Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific teacher or time slot for make-up lessons. Students who cancel lessons need to schedule make-ups according to their teacher’s availability. Please be aware that multiple cancellations can result in difficulty finding make-ups around their teacher’s availability. Students are responsible for contacting the front desk to schedule their make-ups. You must make all scheduling arrangements with the front desk, not with your teacher. Students may cancel by phone or in person, but not by e-mail. Please note: If a student is a no-show or emergency cancels a make-up lesson, this lesson cannot be rescheduled again.

Infrequently, teachers may need to cancel their student’s lessons. We will have a substitute teacher in place for that lesson; barring sudden emergencies, students will be notified in advance about the substitute. Students may choose instead to take a make-up with their teacher another time during the session. We do not give refunds for a teacher’s first cancellation of a session. However if the teacher cancels a second time or more in the same session the student has the choice of either a make-up or a refund for that lesson.

We encourage students to complete all lessons that have been billed to that date since refunds are not available for billed lessons. Any student who no-shows for two consecutive weeks and does not contact us will be automatically discontinued. Credits can be applied to other family members if they are entering as a new student only.

Family appreciation discounts

Students or family members will receive a 5% off when taking multiple classes in dance, music, and acting. (Must purchase services at a minimum amount of $200.00 a month).
